The selection of couplings and bell housings shall ensure that the products with qualified quality are selected to ensure that the concentricity meets the requirements. 2、 Layout of suction inlet pipeline and selection of pipe diameter

The suction pipeline needs to be planned and the reasonable pipe diameter confirmed by a professional process engineer. To ensure that the necessary NPSHr of the pump is less than the available NPSHa of the system, and there is a sufficient margin. In this way, cavitation will not occur when the pump is running. The inlet pipeline shall be as short as possible and the elbows and valves shall be as few as possible to reduce the loss of pressure head. The flow rate in the pipe shall be between 0.5-1.2m/s, and the oil injection port shall be reserved on the pipe for refueling before starting.
