Easy to protect ALL WEILER OPTIM Series Single Screw pump

As one of the positive displacement pumps, the single screw pump has irreplaceable advantages, which can transport high viscosity, high solid content and sensitive media. However, due to the large number of vulnerable parts, regular maintenance and replacement are required. With regard to some large standard pumps, this routine protection operation gives many users a headache.

Bottrop factory of ALLWEILER GmbH has launched a new series of OPTIM products in recent years, aiming to reduce the protection work volume of single screw pump.

-The pump adopts large detachable windows on both sides of the suction chamber, which can monitor the application of the universal joint at any time.

-The discharge body that can be quickly disassembled enables the pump to be quickly disconnected and connected with the pipeline.

-The rotor and hollow shaft are pre assembled with the universal joint, which greatly shortens the protection time.

-The whole series is equipped with a super wear-resistant ALLDUR raw material stator as standard, which can reach 5 times the life of conventional raw materials.

It is proved by practice that for a pump with a flow of about 20 m3/h, the total time required to replace the stator, rotor and mechanical seal is only 40 minutes! It also includes cleaning time.
