1. Shaft seal

General single end mechanical seals are the most widely used, such as AEB1E/AEB1F and other series of products for environmental protection professionals to transport sewage. Most of them are equipped with general single end mechanical seals, and the raw materials of dynamic ring conflict surfaces are silicon carbide. The pressure of the sealing water together will be higher than the pressure of the feed chamber, which can also prevent materials from flowing into the seal chamber. If the budget is sufficient, the mechanical seal of container type can be considered. Cartridge seals are easy to replace and have low functional requirements for operators. And the service life can reach the number of years that the user can meet under the condition of ensuring that the scouring water does not stop flowing. And because of the optimization planning of its structure, the maximum limit can be avoided to wash water into the feed chamber and form medium pollution.

2. Drive motor

Be able to equip a high cost performance reduction motor according to practical requirements. According to the intended budget of the project, it can be considered to purchase a complete set of gear motor matched with ALLWEILER's original imported pump from Germany, or perhaps complete it in China. Direct connected series products, such as AEB And other series (the type contains "B" for direct connection), because most of the reduction motors are customized products (to cooperate with the pump hollow shaft), only the reduction motors matching the original factory can be considered. If a series of products with bearing boxes are selected, such as AE series of bare shaft end, the reducer motor with B3 structure can be arbitrarily equipped.
