The wearing parts of the gear pump mainly include the driving shaft and bushing, the middle hole and shaft pin of the driven gear, the pump casing cavity and gear, the gear end face and the pump cover. When the primary skill policy of the lubricating oil pump fails to meet the requirements after wear, it shall be disassembled and differentiated, the wear position and level shall be checked, and the corresponding methods shall be accepted for correction.
1、 Correction gear pump after the driving shaft and bushing are worn. After the driving shaft and bushing are worn, their clearance increases, which will definitely affect the oil volume of the pump. The normal clearance can be recovered by repairing the driving shaft or bushing. If the driving shaft is slightly worn, just press out the old bushing and replace it with a standard size bushing, and the clearance together will recover to the allowable limit. The driven shaft hole wear is also eliminated by reaming, and then the repair of the driven shaft pump casing inner cavity is made according to the practical dimension of the reamed hole: after the pump casing inner cavity is worn, the inner cavity inlay method is generally accepted for correction, and the single precipitator is equipped with cast iron or steel bushing after the inner cavity is expanded. After the bushing is inserted, the inner cavity shall be lined to the required dimension, and the bushing protruding from the end face shall be polished to make it flush with the connecting surface of the pump casing. Repair of valve seat: there are two types of pressure limiting valve: ball valve and plunger valve. After the ball valve seat is worn, a steel ball can be placed on the valve seat, and then the steel ball can be knocked quietly with a metal rod until the ball valve and the valve seat close together. If the valve seat is severely worn, it can be reamed to remove the wear mark, and then the upper method can be used to make it close. After the plunger valve seat is worn, a small amount of valve sand can be put in for grinding until the sealing stops.

If the wear on the mission plane of the pump cover is small, the abrasion vestige can be eliminated by craft grinding method, that is, put a small amount of valve sand on the channel or thick glass plate, and then put the pump cover on it for grinding until the abrasion vestige is eliminated and the mission surface is flat. When the wear depth of the mission plane of the pump cover exceeds 0.1mm, it shall be corrected by turning first and then grinding. If the wear depth of the pump cover operation plane exceeds 0.1 mm, it shall be repaired by turning and grinding first.

Repair of pump casing inner cavity: after the pump casing inner cavity is worn, the inner cavity inlay method is adopted for correction, that is, cast iron or steel bushing is inlaid after the inner cavity is large. After inserting the sleeve, the inner cavity shall be lined up to the required dimension, and the sleeve protruding from the end face shall be polished to be flush with the joint surface of the pump housing.
3. Repair of valve seat:
There are two kinds of pressure limiting valves: ball valve and plunger valve. After the ball valve seat is worn, put a steel ball on the valve seat, and then knock the steel ball with a metal rod quietly until the ball valve and the valve seat close together. If the valve seat is severely worn, it is necessary to ream to remove the wear mark, and then use the above method to make it close.
