1、 Start up preparation
1. Filling and venting
Before starting, the pump must exhaust, so the pump and device must be filled with the liquid delivered. When filling liquid, slowly turn the pump shaft by hand, so that the gas in the pump can enter the pipeline system. If the pump fails to pump pressure, it must be bled again.
2. Filling and venting of sealing chamber
The sealing chamber must be completely filled with liquid. Remove the plug FF2/FV1 to fill the conveying liquid. In order to ensure the fluidity, such as oil, it needs to be preheated before filling. The plug shall be tightened and sealed after filling. During filling and discharging, the discharged liquid and gas shall be safely recovered or discharged.
3. The rotation direction of the motor must be consistent with the direction arrow on the pump. The rotation direction can be confirmed by inching the motor switch (the pump should be filled with liquid). If the direction is wrong, change any two phases of the three-phase wiring of the motor.
2、 Driving
1. Before starting, all filling ports and exhaust ports must be closed. 2. Check the alignment of the coupling
After the pump is warmed up, check the alignment of the coupling and the connection between the anchor and the support before starting, and readjust if necessary. The pump shaft must be able to rotate smoothly by hand without any stagnation.
3. Start
In order to avoid motor starting overload, the outlet valve shall be closed when starting. The inlet valve must be fully opened.
4. Start the motor according to the motor manufacturer's operating instructions.
5. After the pump reaches the normal speed, open the outlet valve, and the minimum flow of the pump should reach the
Minimum. For the pump operating in the high-temperature device, the device is heated to 100~130 ℃ during the pump operation. To achieve this purpose, the stop valve at the pump inlet must be fully opened. Run the pump and device at this temperature until the temperature is uniform, and then exhaust the bearing chamber. Slowly heat to operating temperature. 6. Set the outlet pressure value of the pump
The pump outlet valve shall be opened until the outlet pressure reaches the value required by the process.
Note: After reaching the operating temperature, the pump should reduce the flow to reduce the pump consumption. With the increase of liquid viscosity, the pump consumption increases.
7. Temperature
To prevent scalding, the pump must be equipped with a protective device when the conveying liquid is higher than 60 ℃. The pump chamber must be heated evenly, and the temperature difference between the top and bottom shall not be too large (the temperature difference shall not exceed 50 ℃).
8. Standby pump
The standby pump of this device must be ready to start at all times, the inlet valve of the pump must be fully opened, and the outlet valve is only open for the pump that has been filled with liquid, exhausted and reached the operating temperature.
Due to the abnormal temperature rise caused by the failure of the running pump, the standby pump must have sufficient output. Two sets of independent energy supply are required for the Liangtai pump.
3、 Parking
1. The pump outlet shut-off valve with a check valve at the outlet can be kept open, otherwise it should be closed. 2. Turn off the motor switch and confirm whether the pump stops smoothly.
3. Close the inlet valve
4. It must be ensured that the pump does not reverse after cutting off the power supply, otherwise the pump will reverse at high speed, resulting in one-way rotation
