IMO 6D Series III Screw pump It is applicable to high-pressure fluid service with viscosity between 2cSt and 25000 ssu. Typical applications include crude oil pipeline transportation, fuel atomization of gas turbine fuel injection, hydraulic power service on hydraulic mechanical equipment, gas seal and hydrostatic bearing support in centrifugal compressor.

These pumps are hydraulically balanced in both axial and radial directions, eliminating the bearing load caused by differential pressure. A single grease filled ball bearing is located outside the pumped liquid and does not depend on the lubrication performance of the pumped liquid. A single mechanical seal is only exposed to inlet pressure. IMO three screw positive displacement pump usually has very low air noise level, high operating efficiency and non pulsating delivery flow.
