Operating Principle

■ Some particles in the oil are pumped to the electrostatic chamber above the filter element. After passing through the electrode plate, they are negatively charged. According to the Coulomb force of "the same repels, the different attracts", they are upward, away from the electrode plate below, and move to the next positive electrode plate under the influence of the corona field;  

■ Some other particles enter the annular magnetic field, the electrostatic field is disturbed, and the force on particles in some places is weakened; In some places, the force will be strengthened, and the particles strengthened by the force will rush into the "aggregated" porous foam. Other particles are attracted to the positive plate to form a rotating corona discharge, and intense arc discharge occurs locally on the positive plate. (Direction D1 and Direction D2)

■ The particles on the edge will form a line, half up and half down;  

■ Some particles will be absorbed on the positive plate and remain there;

■ Some particles will pass through the positive plate and become positively charged, which will be repelled by the Coulomb force and move upward to the next stage;

■ Or return to the original electric plate under the influence of the corona field, add negative particles and become larger and absorbed by the filter element; （Direction D3）

This movement repeats three cycles to clean the oil. What is more unique is that when static electricity is removed, all particles will be released and fall off. At this time, the filter element can be cleaned by backwashing.
