Screw pump The application methods and processes are as follows:
1. When starting the pump for the first time or using the pump that has been sealed for a long time again, the input liquid shall be injected, and the pump shaft shall be rolled several times with the aid of auxiliary tools, so as not to damage the stator. The pump cannot be started without liquid, which will damage the stator.
2. Start the motor for a moment, check the rotation direction of the pump, and confirm that it is the same with the direction marked on the pump housing before starting the operation.
3. After starting the pump, investigate whether the readings of the pressure gauge and vacuum gauge meet the requirements, pay attention to the movement, static, vibration and other working conditions of the pump, and immediately park the car to check if any abnormality is found.
4. During the initial initiation process, the allowable initial leakage of the packing seal (especially PTFE) should be adjusted evenly within 15 minutes of the initial initiation process. About 1/8 turn each time, adjust to low leakage. If the temperature of stuffing box rises sharply and the leakage decreases sharply, loosen the nut immediately and repeat the above process.
