2. Roll the coupling to check whether the pump rolls sensitively. If there are other undesirable phenomena, such as being stuck by another force, remove the G type screw pump.

3. When starting for the first time, unscrew the safety valve filler plug or remove the cover plate, inject liquid into the pump, and roll the coupling counterclockwise by hand to ensure that all friction pairs are fully smooth.

4. Before starting, all valves in the suction and discharge pipelines shall be opened, and it is strictly prohibited to close the valves for starting. Check whether the motor rolls normally.

5. After the above preparations are completed, the power can be connected and the engine can be started directly.
