According to the analysis based on previous maintenance experience, the common reasons for the failure of the electric diaphragm pump are usually wrong pipeline layout, incorrect installation, impure air source, aging and damage of internal parts, jamming of moving components, etc. The specific problem needs to be gradually investigated according to the user's fault problems, and the specific reasons should be found out before targeted treatment.

1、 How to repair the pump that cannot be started:
1. The valve element is severely worn and stuck.
2. The shaft sleeve of the central shaft is worn. Replace the copper sleeve at this time.
3. The screws at both ends of the central shaft fall off.
4. Both diaphragms are broken.
5. The diaphragm pump is placed upside down or horizontally. Valve element cannot return (generation II and * generation II)
2、 How to repair if the flow is too low:
1. The inlet and outlet check valves (plastic balls) wear less. Or there are strips, and large particles jam the plastic ball. As a result, the copyright of the feed liquid reinjection control engineering network at the discharge port during suction is reserved, and the material is pushed back from the feed port during discharge.
2. The diaphragm is stretched and deformed for a long time, resulting in a smaller volume of the material chamber. The third is black. The thick membrane is broken. The center axle fails to move in place when driven.
3、 How to repair the pump when its action is slow and its pumping speed is slow:
1. It means that the air supply pressure decreases. First, check the pressure of the air inlet pressure gauge. It is normal if the pressure is 4~7kg. Then check the opening position of the air source valve. If the air source is opened or closed by a solenoid valve, check whether the plastic valve plate of the solenoid valve is damaged, causing the plastic valve plate to fail to open.
2. The silencer is blocked, and the air cannot be discharged quickly, which causes the pumping speed to slow down.
3. There is too much water or impurities in the compressed air. Plug the air inlet after entering the diaphragm pump valve, or jam the valve element.
4. The upper and lower end covers of the gas distribution valve are often impacted by the valve core, resulting in valve cover damage and air leakage.
5. The four sealing rings of the inner central shaft of the pump are worn and gassed.
