Causes of defects of pneumatic diaphragm pump and inspection methods
A) Pneumatic diaphragm pump fails to start or moves slowly
① Check whether filtering, pressure regulating and smoothing equipment and air inlet filter screen are blocked.
② Check whether the gas valve is stuck by impurities. Please remove the gas valve and clean it. Check whether the piston in the gas valve has scratch marks. If the outer surface of the piston is bright but not black and pure, it indicates that the piston and "O" ring need to be replaced due to wear. Traces of injury. If the outer surface of the piston is bright but not black and pure, it indicates that the piston and "O" ring need to be replaced due to wear. Please replace the new product from the beginning
③ Check whether the main shaft and the "O" ring are scratched, worn and flattened, and replace them if damaged.
B) Pneumatic the diaphragm The pump is working but the flow is too low
1. Check the pump body for cavitation and adjust the inlet pressure of compressed air. Lower the working speed of the pump body to adjust the viscosity and concentration of liquid.
2. Check whether the valve ball is stuck. If the liquid transported is inconsistent with the raw material of the valve ball. The ball will swell. Please replace the valve ball and valve seat with suitable materials.
3. Please check whether the inlet pipe is blocked.
C) There are many bubbles in the outlet liquid
1. Please check whether the diaphragm is broken.
2. Check the pump body and pipeline for leakage.
D) Liquid leaks from the air chamber outlet
1. Please check whether the diaphragm is broken.
2. Check whether the diaphragm is correctly installed and locked
