1、 Three Screw pump Device precautions

1. Shaft seal device: when installing the stuffing box, the position of the gland pressing bolt should be in the window of the housing device, so that the wrench can adjust the bolt.

2. When tightening by discharging body pressure, the nuts shall be tightened evenly.

3. The mechanical seal device should be careful, and the end face of the friction pair should be clean and coated with grease.

4. When installing the stator, coat the inner cavity surface of the rotor and stator with lubricating oil, which is beneficial to the stator installation.

5. When installing, coupling device error: △ Y ≤ 0.2mm, △ α ≤ 30 '.

6. When installing the two universal joints of the transmission shaft, check whether the sealing ring is damaged and fill the cavity with grease.

2、 Precautions before startup of IMO three screw pump

1. The inlet of the three screw pump shall be equipped with a filter. Generally, the particles passing through the filter shall not be more than 0.1mm.

2. Check whether the three screw pump unit and the connecting part are firmly fixed. Check whether the connection between the suction pipe section and the external joint is sealed.

3. Check whether there is a certain gap between the three screw pump couplings and strictly control the alignment of the two shafts. The runout of the outer circle of the coupling shall not exceed 0.05mm, and the end face runout of the coupling shall not exceed 0.1mm.

4. Before the first start, the three screw pump shall be filled with operating medium.

5. Check whether the suction valve on the inlet pipeline of the three screw pump and the discharge valve on the discharge pipeline are fully opened.

6. Roll the coupling of the three screw pump by hand, and feel that the screw should roll evenly and quickly, without any rolling strain or jamming.

1. Evacuation, cavitation or pressure holding for a long time lead to seal damage.

2. The practical output of the pump is too small. Many medium pumps circulate internally and heat accumulates, causing medium gasification and sealing failure.

3. The return flow is too large, which causes the bottom sediment of the container (tower, kettle, tank, pool) at the suction pipe side to rise and damage the seal.

4. For long-term shutdown, there is no manual turning when restarting, and the sealing surface is torn by the friction pair due to adhesion.

5. Corrosive, polymerizable and cementitious substances increase in the medium.

6. The ambient temperature changes dramatically.

7. The working condition is frequently changed or adjusted.
