1) The liquid suction of PASFEDA metering pump is abnormal

Rotate to 100% of stroke length. In this way, the whole set of components can rotate until the leakage discharge hole on the back plate is aligned with the bottom end of the pump. Adjust the hydraulic end and gap to the proper position during the operation of the pump.

For the reaction time, the pulse duration may not be long. Compared with the standard pulse width of 80msec, the pulse width extension of the flow monitor can be activated to increase the pulse width to 300msec. Activate the intelligent transfer switch, remove the cover fixing the circuit board, and remove the jumper X-1. In this way, the extension function is activated, and more time is allowed before the fault indication.

The American Passfida metering pump is equipped with self exhaust pump head, and self filling liquid suction is selected. Keep the suction line as short as possible. ALLWEILER

2) Remove and replace the barrier of PASFIDA metering pump

When removing old barriers, we often encounter trouble. Provide some additional advice on how to remove the old barriers.

1. After the pump head is loose, adjust the stroke length to 0% before removing the pump head. It can ensure that the electromagnetic shaft has sufficient pressure, and adhere to its stable connection, so that the gap can be unscrewed.

2. Pull the hydraulic end outward to disengage the screw from the socket. Hold the liquid end and rotate it counterclockwise. If there is a little resistance, you can unscrew the barrier.

3. The metered chemicals may crystallize at the hydraulic end, causing the ball and seat of the one-way valve to fail to work normally.

4. There may be gas leakage at the suction end of American Passfida metering pump. The connector on the suction side of the hydraulic end may be lack of O-ring or the connection of the suction valve is loose.

3) Flow monitoring is used to measure a medium with high viscosity, and flow fault indication signal is received during liquid introduction. What can be done to solve this problem?

Move the hydraulic end by loosening 4 pump head screws. When the length of the rotation stroke reaches 0%, grasp the hydraulic end, and then slide out from the screw hole, the screws will not contact them, but still operate the back plate and gap. Then rotate the part counterclockwise, with slight resistance, the gap will loosen from the electromagnetic shaft. If the gap is not loose, use some lubricating oil on the contact surface between the gap and the electromagnetic shaft. After a few minutes, knock the gap with a plastic hammer. Then proceed again according to the above description. IMO screw pump

4) How to prevent the metering pump stroke positioning motor from burning?

1. Remove 4 screws fixing the pump head. The screw orientation is on the opposite side of the metering pump.

2. Check whether the secretory tube is installed and the secretory valve is closed? The secretion valve needs to be opened during the liquid introduction phase of the metering pump. Note: Not all metering pumps have secretion valves.

3. After the barrier device is completed and the backplate leakage discharge hole is placed in a straight position, install the pump head. Ensure that the suction valve is aligned with the leakage discharge hole, and the screw at the hydraulic end is aligned with the corresponding 4 holes.

5) Is the flow of the hydraulic metering pump smaller or inaccurate?

1. Unscrew the vent valve in the three valves.

2. Replenish oil through the oil make-up valve.
