SANDPIPER 2:1 proportional high-pressure pump
EH2-M pump is a 2:1 proportional high-pressure pump driven by compressed air. The pump is designed for durability, providing discharge pressures of up to 250 psig (17.2 barg). The pump can be used in harsh applications, such as filter plate feeding, and other critical applications that require higher discharge pressure and cannot be achieved by most pneumatic diaphragm pumps.
The pump is engineered to include a counterweight check ball and metal seat ring to ensure robust valve sealing in high-pressure applications. Different from other high-pressure pumps on the market, SANDPIPER EH2-M pump adopts balanced diaphragm design. This design minimizes the pressure difference on the diaphragm and helps reduce the need to replace parts, thereby effectively reducing downtime and ultimately total cost of ownership.
EH2-M high-pressure pump can be supplied with cast iron and stainless steel materials, and different diaphragms (elastomers) can be selected.
