PureBallast 3.2 compact module can be provided as skid mounted module with compact structure, easy installation, small floor area and simple plug and play operation. The flow range is 85-300 m ³/h. Except that the electrical cabinet can be flexibly placed, all components are installed in the module. PureBallast 3.2 standard system can effectively deal with large ballast water flow. Its reactor size is 1500 m ³/h, and the system configuration is cost-effective. PureBallast 3.2 explosion-proof system can be configured for potentially hazardous areas, and deckhouse system can be selected for oil tankers. The PureBallast 3.2 standard system can be configured for large flow, with a wide range of installation parameters, including free placement of lamp drive cabinets within a radius of 150 meters. A single system can handle a flow of 250-3000 m ³/h, and a dual system can handle a flow of up to 6000 m ³ 3/h. For the reactor size of 1500 m ³/h, it means that only two reactors are needed for the treatment system of 3000 m ³/h, so the cost and complexity of the large flow system can be kept at a low level.

In the past 30 years, non-alcoholic or low alcohol beer products have appeared in different forms. However, it was not until recent years that beer with a quality of 0.0 was successful. These beers were made by extracting alcohol from the special final beer formula with an ABV lower than 0.05%. There are obvious signs that beer dealcoholization will play an important role in the upcoming beverage market trend. How can you enter this exciting and profitable market? In the past 25 years, Juan Jurado and Alfa Laval have traveled through different exciting roles and countries together. Today, he is the global technical manager of Alfa Laval Beer Systems headquarters in Copenhagen. On the surface, he has a master's degree in food/agronomic engineering and an international MBA degree from ESCP Europe, but he has practical field experience as a skilled engineer in brewery modules and separation solutions, and he is responsible for more than 400 brewery projects. As long ago as no one had heard of dealcoholization technology, he began to dabble in different types since 1997. Eight years of active cooperation with VLB Berlin Institute continues to inspire him to share elusive knowledge with industry peers.
